Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what information IshTop (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. IshTop is a free job and services marketplace app that connects job seekers and employers in Uzbekistan.

By downloading or using the app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Terms used here have the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise defined.

Information We Collect

1. Information you provide directly

When you register or use the Service, we may collect:

• Phone number and email address (used for account creation and sign-in)
• Name and gender
• Profile photo and images attached to your job vacancies or announcements
• The content of vacancies, announcements, and any text you submit
• Region / location you select for posts and search

2. Information collected automatically

• Device information (device model, operating system, app version, language) for service delivery and fraud prevention
• Crash and diagnostic data (via Firebase Crashlytics) to fix bugs and improve stability
• Usage and analytics data (via Firebase Analytics) such as screens viewed and features used
• A push notification token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) to deliver notifications

3. Location information

Some features use your device location or a region you choose to show relevant vacancies and announcements and to provide map/geocoding features. We use location only within the scope necessary to provide these features. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information to:

• Create and manage your account and verify sign-in
• Display, search, and recommend vacancies and announcements
• Send notifications about new or relevant posts
• Improve, maintain, and secure the Service and prevent fraud or abuse
• Respond to your support requests

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and we do not share it with data brokers.

Third-Party Services

The app relies on trusted third-party services that may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore Database, Storage, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Analytics) — https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Yandex Maps / Geocoding API (location and map features) — https://yandex.com/legal/confidential

These providers have access only to the information needed to perform their tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to use it for other purposes.

Advertising and Tracking

The app does not display third-party advertising and does not use the device advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID). We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising purposes.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The app itself does not use cookies. The analytics service we use (Firebase Analytics) may use an app-specific identifier to measure usage and improve the Service; this is not used for cross-app advertising or shared with data brokers.

Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data and posts from our active systems, except where retention is required by law.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time directly within the app (Profile → Delete account), or by contacting us at the email below. Once deleted, your profile, vacancies, and announcements are removed from our systems.

Security

We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. You are advised to review this page periodically.
